As a Policy & Legislation Advisor, you’ll support your manager in ensuring that both clients and internal teams stay ahead of global legislative changes. Your key responsibilities will include reviewing emerging regulations, coordinating responses and leading policy focused activities. As Policy & Legislation Advisor you will: Stay Ahead of the Curve on Legislation : Dive deep into the latest laws and regulatory shifts, keeping an eye on both local and global developments. By staying ahead of the game, you’ll be the go-to expert who helps the company navigate the changing landscape of compliance. Translate Complex Policies into Clear Action : Take complex policy updates and transform them into easily digestible, actionable insights for both internal teams and clients. Your ability to communicate complicated regulations in a simple way will ensure everyone is on the same page and prepared for the future. Be the Voice : Represent the company at industry events etc. You’ll act as a thought leader, building relationships with key stakeholders. Also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and lead compelling campaigns. Innovate Internal Processes : Play an essential role in refining internal processes, ensuring they’re sharp, efficient and aligned with the latest regulatory changes. You’ll also create impactful content for marketing materials, helping communicate to a broader audience.
