Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:
1. Creating a positive learning environment through professionally planned lessons and engaging classroom displays.
2. Using imagination and innovation to enhance the learning experience for children.
3. Managing a whole class and maintaining discipline effectively.
4. Adhering to the curriculum, including staying updated with changes in structure.
5. Communicating with and encouraging children with additional needs.
6. Demonstrating a dedicated interest in children's education and creating the best learning environment.
7. Maintaining a positive outlook and attitude.
8. Applying various teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
9. Demonstrating good organisational and verbal communication skills.
10. Planning and preparing lessons and carrying out assessments to track pupil progress.

25. An enhanced child DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
