About ‘Regulatory Assurance’: We are a business fundamental team at the heart of TFSUK who proactively identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks while ensuring TFS adheres to all regulatory standards. We champion a business-wide conduct risk management agenda, to promote a healthy conduct culture and to deliver good customer outcomes.
What you’ll be doing:
* The main purpose of the role is to support the team in ensuring TFS has effective systems and processes to meet its day-to-day regulatory responsibilities. You will do this by performing a variety of duties which underpin the effective running of this key function.
* You will be responsible for collating data and reporting on management information metrics, extracting information from various reports, and carrying out analysis as necessary.
* You will be collating the Conduct Risk Committee packs as well as producing Regulatory Assurance reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
* Timely reporting will be a focus, and you will be required to organise a reporting schedule and ensure all data is collected on time and returns submitted accurately and efficiently.
* You will support the day-to-day activities of the wider Regulatory Assurance team by answering questions and responding to requests in order to contribute to the achievement of team goals/objectives.
* You will act as a support for the team by helping to bring the administrative elements together to allow for a strong level of governance and structure.
Experience you’ll gain:
* Exposure to core compliance requirements such as the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority), DPA (Data Protection Act), AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and CTF (Counter Terrorist Financing).
* Increased ability to analyse complex issues and propose solutions that balance regulatory requirements, business requirements and customer outcomes.
Requirements
Key Experience & Skills:
* The ideal candidate will have relevant retail Consumer Credit experience (desirable).
* Experience in reporting, collating data and putting together presentations on PowerPoint.
* Working knowledge of the FCA Handbook.
* Positive, collaborative, highly organised and an independent thinker with good analytical skills.
* Any relevant experience/exposure to the Financial Services industry, especially automotive is a plus.
* Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
