Contract Supplier Engagement Coordinator | Inside IR35 | Hybrid
The Engagement Coordinator will assist the Engagement Specialist in executing the communication and engagement strategy for a key automation program. This position emphasizes operational coordination, such as organizing webinars, interacting with stakeholders, implementing communication plans tailored to specific groups, and managing working and test groups to pilot new initiatives.
You will have the following:
* Experience in event coordination or project support, ideally in supply chain, retail, or communication-related roles.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, WebEx).
* Experience in coordinating and supporting the setup of working groups, test groups, or focus groups.
* Background in supporting communication or media projects is advantageous.
