This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in reinforcing a proactive SHE culture while developing policies and procedures to support the company's continued success.
As the Health and Safety Advisor, you will:
* Develop and implement SHE policies and procedures to ensure best practice and compliance.
* Carry out regular site inspections and audits, identifying areas for improvement.
* Provide expert advice and training to site teams, managers, and subcontractors.
* Monitor high-risk activities, risk assessments, and method statements.
* Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents, recommending preventative measures.
* Liaise with the HSE, local authorities, and regulatory bodies.
* Support with ISO audits to maintain business accreditations.
* Lead initiatives that promote a positive safety culture across the business.
What They're Looking For:
1. 5+ years of experience in a similar SHE role, ideally within construction.
