You will specialise in day-to-day repairs and maintenance and the refurbishments of void properties for our reputable social housing client.. The Roofer role: You will be responsible for undertaking repair/renewal roofing works, including repairs and maintenance covering roof leaks, felt & batten, gutter leaks, lead work & torch on felt repairs. Ability to undertake brickwork related repairs desirable Taking pride in building relationships, you will communicate effectively with the scheduling team, tenants and line managers Work safely and in compliance with Health & Safety requirements. What will you bring as a Roofer? Qualified to an NVQ level 2 Current PASMA and IPAF certification is desirable Ability to work to targets in a fast paced and reactive environment Ability to work professionally and considerately in a range of environments, including vulnerable tenants’ homes within social housing settings Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, with the use of a company van.
