We are currently recruiting for a: Office Manager Based: Springfield Road, Belfast Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum About this role: This role is for an autonomous and dynamic office manager to oversee internal head office operations. As the first point of contact for staff and visitors alike this individual will take pride and ownership of embodying the company values and ethos. Being proactive on having their ‘finger on the pulse’ of what is happening within the business, so they are in a ready state to inform colleagues and visitors as required. The role holder will be integral in the logistical implementation of efficiencies in the running of the new JP Corry head office environment due for completion Q3/4 2025. This is a new role for the organisation with the opportunity to grow and evolve with the right person. Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00, Friday 08:30 – 16:00. Flexibility will be required depending on ad hoc event requirements. We are open to part time / job share options to suit the right applicant(s). Responsibilities: To be the main point of contact for our JP Corry head office, providing a warm and welcoming arrival for staff and visitors alike Provide front desk coverage by handling and distributing phone and email enquiries Oversee day to day office activities, including by not limited to; scheduling meetings and appointments for senior directors, scheduling of meetings and events at head office as required including catering, mailing and shipping requirements, as well as administrative supplies for head office. Manage all aspects of office space / infrastructure maintenance and planning (room bookings, office moves, office damage) Keep managers informed of relevant head office activity (closures, car parking, fire alarms etc) Provide additional administrative support to MD and SMT as required Support with the planning and facilitation of wider company events as and when required Undertake reasonable ad hoc duties to support the business and premises as required Suitable applicants will be/have: Prior experience in an administrative, receptionist or office management role Demonstrate our values of Decency, Passion and Pride in their communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent prioritization and organisational skills with a keen eye for attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information A proactive and problem-solving mindset Ability to work as part of a wider team and independently.
