This varied and exciting Project Support Coordinator opportunity is based in Dartford, Kent and exists with one of the areas most environmentally friendly and socially aware companies, that you would choose to work for. This Project Support Coordinator role is best suited to an individual who possesses site offie experience, along with an Electrical and/or Mechanical NVQ Level 2 (minimum) AND a Health & Safety accreditation (IOSH or SSSTS). You’ll also need to be organised, logistically minded, be an incredible communicator – AND have a keen eye for details. There is also an occasional requirement to visit sites across the UK. The opportunity is being offered on a full time, permanent basis – 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Key responsibilities: Conduct telephone based site surveys with existing customers to coordinate pre-install logistics and arrangements Prepare and review RAMS documents and other site specific documentation Liaise with all project stakeholders to resolve queries in an effective and timely manner Ensure that all project administration is complete in readiness for the site to receive equipment Allocate appropriate engineers workloads aligned to their individual disciplines React to, and deal with occasional breakdown calls from customers Arrange transport and logistics for all pre-install project equipment Technical Qualifications and Experience Required: A minimum of 2 years of Project Office experience NVQ Level 2 (Minimum) in an Electrical, Mechanical (or a similar) discipline Health and Safety certificate (IOSH, or SSSTS) Construction site experience Prince 2 / APM qualification (highly desirable) A key understanding of risk assessment documents (RAMS) A good working knowledge of a project management system (Monday, MS Project – or similar) What can you expect in return?
