The Capital Works team are looking for an agile, passionate, and organised individual with good attention to detail. In this role you will have responsibility for a small support team and work closely with management colleagues at various levels throughout the Technical Services Planned department.
What you'll be doing
In this role you will ensure accurate information is captured to support the pre-construction, live-works, and post-construction phases of the capital reinvestment programme or associated planned maintenance schemes.
You will be expected to work across various work environments, including home, office, and construction sites to help and support the teams across the department and ensure services deliver value for money.
What we're looking for
To join our Capital Delivery team, we’re looking for someone with:
* a qualification at level 3 of the Regulated Qualifications Framework;
* the ability to challenge the way we work – identify areas and actions to improve;
* experience, knowledge, and understanding in the operation of a mainframe computer management system;
* significant experience using Microsoft Office 365, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.;
* the ability to present information in a clear, concise manner;
* experience of a customer-focused service delivery, including tenant liaison;
* a flexible approach to workloads dictated by business needs.
