This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contrac We are looking for a dynamic Omnichannel Manager for an exciting opportunity within GSK’s critical and growing UK vaccines franchise, where you will be responsible for leading the brand omnichannel strategy, and using data and insight to optimise planning and delivery of HCP focused campaigns with the objective of increasing the uptake of a national immunisation programme. Implement Digital Tools: Introduce and optimize digital tools to enhance omnichannel delivery and customer engagement, while supporting and influencing system and technology adoption. Upskill Brand Team: Support the development of omnichannel capabilities within the brand team through training and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Data-Driven Insights: Gather and interpret data to shape omnichannel strategies, optimize content and activities, and identify trends to inform strategic decisions. Performance Measurement: Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, assessing performance against ROI and KPI goals, and refine strategies accordingly. Collaborate and Innovate: Work with internal teams, external experts, and agencies to identify innovative ways to optimize data use, improve analytics, and enhance user experiences. Why you?
