About the Role
This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with students, helping them thrive both academically and emotionally. Key responsibilities include:
1. Providing tailored one-to-one and group support for students with SEMH needs.
2. Supporting the delivery of individual education and behaviour plans.
3. Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning.
4. Working collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals to support student development.
5. Monitoring student progress and reporting on key milestones.
6. Contributing to a safe and structured learning environment.
