Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing & Refurbishments
A leading construction group is searching for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing social housing refurbishment division based in Birmingham. This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an established business which is about to embark on a long-term framework to upgrade council owned properties across Dudley.

Key Duties:
1. Produce cost / value reports and profit and loss forecasts
2. Chair pre-let meetings and finalise subcontract orders
3. Procurement and managing sub-contract packages
4. Liaise with buying team to process materials
5. Dealing with variations and valuations
Requirements:
1. Experience working within the social housing sector
2. Experience managing sub-contractor variations
3. Experience dealing with final accounts
4. Industry-related qualification
Salary & Package:
1. Basic salary of £57,500 - £62,500 (DOE)
2. Company Car or Car Allowance
