We are looking for a compassionate leader to supervise our administrative team. You will need to have great skills in prioritising, scheduling, and planning, like to work as part of a team, and care about providing excellent customer service. Main duties of the job
Key responsibilities of the successful candidate are:
1. Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship of the medical staffing administrative team.
2. Day-to-day operational supervision to include reprioritising and allocating work as appropriate to ensure efficient and effective admin support to our medical workforce.
3. Manage and coordinate the on-boarding of our rotational doctors in training.
4. Support the development of complex rotas across the Trust.
5. Work collaboratively with the Trust's ESR / E-Rostering Leads to embed the use of E-Rostering for medical staff.
We will support you with training and a period of on-boarding will be provided.
