Technical Trainer Position
Technical Trainer needed for our client in Derby. Basic Salary up to £32,000 depending on experience. Work for a national centre with full support. Train to have a teaching qualification if you don't yet have one. Escape the workshop and pass on your knowledge in a rewarding role. You don't need to have taught before, but you will need a level 3 qualification or equivalent in mechanical repair. This is a Monday to Friday role.

Responsibilities for the Technical Trainer:
1. Use your experience to teach vehicle mechanics to apprentices.
2. Organise training plans, problem-solving, trouble-shooting and lessons in line with franchise direction.
3. Coordinate wider elements of education into the training scheme such as Maths and English.
4. Support and mentor apprentices to ensure they reach maximum potential.
5. Comply with government programmes and company procedures.
6. Look after the motor trade's next generation.
You will either possess or be willing to work towards an approved teaching qualification.
