Harris Hill is seeking a Marketing Officer ASAP for 3 months, on a 2-3dpw basis to support the fundraising function at an environmental charity in London.
The role is hybrid based with 1dpw in the office. This role will focus on legacy marketing; good digital and direct marketing skills in other areas are fine, making this a good opportunity for someone to add an extra string to their bow.
List of tasks within the role:
1. Google Ads Management:
1. Google ads management, content development, copy and briefing with agency
2. Legacy Stewardship Newsletters:
1. Content brief and development with agency
2. Meetings with agency and copywriters
3. Research and content development
4. Feedback on design and content
5. In-house project management, sign off with campaigners, proofing, etc.
6. Support payroll giving team with mini newsletter version
3. Campaigns:
1. Create new landing pages and automation journeys as needed
2. Set up Campaigns/Approach codes in Salesforce
4. Supporter Upsell / Cross Selling:
1. Supply content for email or Magazine for Legacy
2. Write upsell emails to prospect the database
5. Meta Ads:
1. Ad plans, targeting and set up for campaigns
2. Design and copywriting - video, macros
3. Ongoing monitoring and optimisation
4. Data processing, cleaning and uploads with DP&I
6. Middle Donors Appeals:
1. Donation pages for appeals, automations, bounce backs
2. Emails for appeals - content
3. Managing short URLs, redirects, UX for donors online
4. Set up Campaigns/Approach codes in Salesforce
7. Email Automation Project:
1. Work with the Marketing Manager to migrate Legacy supporter journey onto Pardot
2. Work with DP&I to implement changes
8. Website and SEO Optimisation:
1. Assist with content, landing page optimisation and in-house project management
