Park’s Motor Group is seeking an experienced individual to take up a full-time Service Advisor position at our Jaguar / Land Rover service centre located in Ayr.
About the role:
You will work within our friendly team supporting our branch and its customers through various administration services we provide for our manufacturers.
What you will do:
1. Help contribute toward the team's daily workload
2. Process invoices, paperwork, and customer details
3. Liaise directly with customers, providing a second-to-none level of service
4. Maintain, create, and update our databases
5. Maintain a high and consistent quality of work
6. Communicate in a confidential, professional, and appropriate manner
7. Continuously develop your personal skills and knowledge
Your skills & experience will include:
1. Confidence in using Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and email packages
2. Attention to detail
3. Strong, confident communication skills
4. Polite and warm telephone manner
5. Good numeracy skills
6. Adaptability to varying tasks
7. Willingness to learn and develop
