NHS GRAMPIAN
ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT - Band 2
An opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant within our Domestic Team at NHS Grampian.
Base location will be Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
Hours of work are 21 Hours per week:
1. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 0900-1630
The successful applicant will require excellent IT, communication, and organisational skills. Previous administration experience in a fast-paced office environment is essential.
Applicants should be enthusiastic, motivated, and have the ability to work well as part of a team.
A high standard of verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is accuracy and attention to detail. Proven experience of MS office systems is required. Previous high volume data entry and payroll awareness would be advantageous.
Training will be provided, but successful applicants must have the ability to work to tight schedules and on their own initiative. The successful post holder will provide administration support to the Domestic Department within NHS Grampian. The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information is essential.
