Also working with wider Sales Support Advisor team in providing a professional and efficient service to Group Fleet customers. To support in the management of Pricing portfolio for all Digital Platforms. Support Management in creating pricing structures with Franchise Directors / General Managers / LBDM Ability to constantly review Market position and identify / understand offer opportunities. Working with Affinity Partners to create bespoke offers and grow engagement. Support Broker Account Managers with Broker visits. Designated point of contact for key House Broker Accounts. To use the internal fleet management system and comply with the laid down procedures when processing and managing customer orders. To ensure, together with the Broker Account Managers, LBDM’s other Broker Sales Support Advisors, that all customer records/databases are complete and up to date. To deal with internal and external queries in a pro-active and professional manner. To ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to Group Fleet customers. To effectively handle telephone and online enquiries both internally and externally. To be accurate and efficient in quoting for customers using the Company's approved quotation system. To be an expert with the Group Fleet offering and how the process works. To work as part of the wider Group Fleet team with any other reasonable tasks as may be required. This list is not exhaustive.
