Hours: flexible ( full or part timeconsidered)
Days: Monday - Friday
Duration: minimum of 2months
Duties:
Supporting the Finance team in thefollowing:
PurchaseLedger duties, including matching invoices to purchase orders,coding, sending remittances and assisting in preparation of paymentruns.
Credit Control,updating and maintaining weekly debtors reports, proactivelychasing debtors to assist in obtaining timely payments,
Managing the employee payrollhelpdesk via email, answering queries and providinginformation.
Experience:
Must have previous accounts experience includingboth sales and purchase ledgers, payroll experience is anadvantage.
Must have agood level of computer literacy on MS Excel and Xero.
Must be able to work well on owninitiative as well as part of a team, with a good level of accuracyand numeracy skills.
Salary: £13.50 per hourworked
