Job Brief
We are looking for a motivated individual to work as a receptionist and office administrator for our large, busy camping, caravanning, and boating site. The successful candidate will be required to work independently serving customers in our office, delivering high-quality customer service, as well as keeping accounts and payments up to date. This role is best suited for computer-sufficient individuals who are confident in Excel and Word type interfaces. We use a property management system which is easily learned to manage our hospitality business. On-site there are static caravans, boats, touring caravans, fishing, and camping. Working hours will be Monday to Saturday on a self-employment basis.
Responsibilities
* Payments and handling of fees, end of day banking
* Uploading and tracking customer payments
* Making phone calls and chasing payment
* Creating new bookings for new customers, scanning and organizing agreements
Requirements
* Good customer service skills
* Minimum 5 GCSEs must include English and Maths at a Grade C/5 or above
* Strong organizational skills
* Good communication
* Confident in Excel and Word interfaces
