Key Responsibilities: Manage electronic and hard copy documentation, ensuring accurate record-keeping. Oversee daily production and waste reporting, supporting operational efficiency. Maintain raw material usage records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Process purchase orders and handle related administrative tasks. Ensure all visitors and drivers comply with PPE and site safety regulations. Conduct visitor and driver inductions, ensuring awareness of site rules. Support general office administration, including answering calls and welcoming visitors. Who You Are You are a detail-oriented and proactive administrator who thrives in a structured environment. Your ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and manage administrative tasks efficiently makes you an essential part of any team. Previous experience in an office environment, with a solid understanding of administrative processes. Strong IT literacy, including experience with electronic business systems, word processing, and Google applications. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, visitors, and external stakeholders. Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks, and work proactively. A meticulous approach to document management and reporting. Understanding of workplace safety, PPE requirements, and site rules.
