Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Devin Consulting Ltd.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and be able to provide administrative support to our finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day business finances, including the use of Sage and Expensein software, sales and purchase ledgers, bank account reconciliation, payroll, VAT returns, and aged debtors administration.
* Prepare monthly management accounts and KPIs, and report quarterly financial information to the directors.
* Liaise with clients and process project financial records and reporting.
* Authorise and process expenses, manage petty cash, and work in accordance with quality management procedures.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
* Relevant accountancy qualifications.
* Excellent working knowledge of Office 365 software, specifically Excel, Sage 50 Accounts, and Sage 50 Payroll, Expensein.
What We Offer:
* Approx. £28k – £32k (pro-rata) depending on experience/capability.
