Role Overview
Maintaining a safe and secure environment & ensuring safe access to buildings at all times.
Carrying out patrols/hazard reporting as requested.
Ensuring all Health & Safety policies are adhered to.
Completing all necessary reports in line with company documentation.
Access / Egress control.
Monitoring of alarms & CCTV systems.
Key Holding responsibilities.
Controlling and monitoring access to the car parks.
Adhering to policies and procedures at all times.
General refuse management & ensuring overall tidiness on site.
Providing a high standard of customer service.
Being polite, helpful, and diligent, with a 'can do' ethos.
Having a calm personality capable of controlling difficult situations.

Essential Skills
Valid SIA Licences (must have DS & preferably CCTV Licence).
Security experience within a warehouse setting is preferable.
Must be able to drive (must have own transport due to location of site).
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Be punctual and reliable.
High levels of written and verbal communication skills.
Fully comprehensive 5-year work/unemployment/education history screenable to BS7858.
Be comfortable patrolling long distances and being on your feet for extended periods of time.
