Contract: 9-12 Months Maternity cover FTC

HR Admin Key Duties:
1. Manage shared HR inbox
2. Onboarding new starters
3. First point of contact for Employees
4. Upkeep of confidential records
5. Payroll preparation
6. General Admin
7. Recruitment updates
To be successful in the role, we are looking for:
1. Experience in HR administration
2. Good communication skills both written and verbal
3. Excellent telephone call handling skills
4. Strong computer literacy
5. Intermediate Excel
6. Attention to detail
7. High standards
8. Confidence in challenging situations
9. Accountability to resolve issues
10. Proactive to drive forward continuous improvement
