This is a newly created, permanent Finance Assistant role to join their finance team of due to expansion. As Finance Assistant your role will be to assist with all administrative tasks within the finance department. As our Finance Assistant your role will include: Process and send sales invoices to customer for products and delivery Follow up payment on overdue invoices by our customers Process and seek approval of all debit notes received by the business Manage and communicate all emails received into the accounts receivable inbox Request or download proof of deliveries from courier portals Reconciliation of large volume of data on Microsoft Excel Assist Accounts receivable team and Accounts Payable team in busy times and provide cover during periods of annual leave.
