We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Recovery Support Workers to become part of our Supported Accommodation services in Wigan. Our staff play a vital role in ensuring that positive mental health and housing related support is delivered to all of our service users in a personalised way. We want people who will engage with those we care for, and build trusting relationships with them and their wider support networks.
We have services in Wigan, Leigh & Atherton and will provide full training and support. We also offer either weekly or monthly pay depending on preference.
As a Recovery Support Worker, your role may include visiting service users in their own home or within other settings and offering them practical and emotional support. We encourage our service users to live as independently as possible, and work towards this in accordance with their individual support plans.
Experience of working in the Care and Mental Health sector is preferred, however if you share our drive, passion and values for helping those with mental health needs, then do not hesitate to apply.
