· The ability and flexibility to apply your Project Management skills to a variety of exciting outputs and disciplines – from events to terrace takeovers, websites to print campaigns, and everything in between.

· A strong sense of resilience and independence – you’ll be happy being out and about either with your team or on your own – and happy working occasional longer days and the odd weekend when required (with TOIL being offered in exchange for this).

· Proven to be an exceptional client-centric professional, so general client services and account management skills are essential to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of projects.
· Attributes like attention to detail, problem-solving, lateral thinking, budget and time management, planning and reporting are your undisputed bedrock.
· The ability to be an essential partner that can be relied upon to support care for and help your clients in turn ensuring that Quantum is an irreplicable part of their team.
· A knowledge of all the key channels on both on and off-trade and touchpoints and an insatiable desire to find and execute new and exciting ways to deliver experiences to our audiences.
· The drive and ability to develop successful supplier relationships in ensuring all teams are motivated, inspired and clear on their roles and remit.
