We are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to ensure transformative initiatives are effectively governed, well-executed, and deliver measurable business impact. About the Project Manager Role As Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and leading the transformation project governance framework for Forge Holiday Group. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment between business transformation initiatives and company strategy. This role requires someone with strong leadership skills, a process-driven mindset, and the ability to drive change across a multi-brand organisation. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that key transformation projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will also act as a central point of coordination, driving visibility, consistency, and efficiency across the group’s project portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Project Governance & Leadership Establish and maintain a central Project Management function, defining governance frameworks, project standards, and best practices Develop and implement project methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, Waterfall, or hybrid) tailored to business needs Ensure projects are aligned with strategic objectives, tracking progress, dependencies, and risks Drive visibility and accountability, ensuring leadership has clear insights into project performance and ROI. Business Transformation & Change Management Lead business transformation programs, ensuring they are structured, resourced, and managed effectively Champion change management best practices, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technology, Operations, Finance, and Marketing) to ensure seamless project delivery Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing challenges before they impact timelines or budgets. Stakeholder Management & Communication Work closely with the leadership team to provide regular updates on project performance and strategic impact Act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, project sponsors, and external partners Ensure clear, consistent, and transparent communication across the business, fostering a culture of collaboration and alignment Create team alignment and focus on outcomes that benefit the Group, not just individual divisions or departments. Continuous Improvement & Innovation Implement best-in-class tools and technology to enhance project tracking, reporting, and decision-making Drive a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to optimise processes and enhance efficiency Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging project management innovations, ensuring Forge Holiday Group remains competitive and agile. Essential Experience The ideal Project Manager will possess the following qualifications and experience: Proven experience in a Project Manager or transformation role, ideally within a multi-brand or matrix organisation Strong background in business transformation, project governance, and change management Expertise in project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, Six Sigma, or PMP certification (desirable) Experience working in travel, hospitality, retail, or e-commerce is advantageous but not essential Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations A proactive, solutions-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
