7. Gather and implement feedback post-submission to strengthen future bids.
8. Manage the renewal and maintenance of framework agreements.
9. Build strong working relationships with procurement teams to support future growth.
10. Work alongside finance and sales teams to develop competitive, profitable pricing models.
11. Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing decisions.
12. Maintain accurate records of regulatory documentation (e.g. CE marking, MHRA approvals).
13. Ensure all tender submissions meet relevant industry and regulatory standards.
What We’re Looking For
1. Demonstrable experience in bid or contract management within a regulated industry.
2. Excellent organisational and project management skills.
3. Strong written communication abilities and a keen eye for detail.
4. Confident navigating procurement portals and managing submission documents.
5. Previous experience with NHS tenders and procurement is highly desirable, but not essential.
