We’re recruiting for an experienced Lead Project Manager to oversee the full project lifecycle—ensuring successful delivery from start-up through to completion. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of high-impact projects within a business that values leadership, innovation, and operational excellence.
What you’ll be doing:
As the Lead Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for organising, leading, coordinating, and controlling all activities related to the construction of complex electrical projects across the UK.
Your role will include:
* Leading the conceptual development, scheduling, and implementation of engineering construction projects.
* Acting as the primary point of contact for the client—building strong, long-term relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience.
* Managing and motivating teams to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards.
Driving performance across key stages of the project:
* Project Start-Up – mobilisation, planning, stakeholder engagement
* Project Running – day-to-day management, progress tracking, HSEQ adherence
* Project Completion – final delivery, handover, reporting, and client sign-off, ensuring that all project activities exceed environmental, health and safety standards.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in leading large-scale engineering or electrical infrastructure projects.
* Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and scheduling tools.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
* A track record of delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
* Flexibility to travel across the UK as needed.
