What we’re looking for We are looking for a dedicated Office - based Assistant to oversee the daily operations of our office. You will be responsible for opening and preparing the office each morning, ensuring all areas are clean, tidy, and well-stocked. From checking AV equipment in meeting rooms to keeping kitchen supplies replenished, you will ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You will act as the first point of contact for all meeting room bookings, ensuring rooms are set up in advance and guests are welcomed with professionalism. Supporting head office staff with administrative tasks, travel bookings, document preparation, and liaising with external suppliers will be key parts of your role. You will also assist with building access, liaising with landlords for maintenance issues, and ensuring that office procedures are followed effectively. About you To succeed in this role, we’re looking for someone with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. You should have previous experience in an office support or administrative role and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key, as you will be interacting with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently will be highly valued.
