Designer
Salary: £11,160 - £14,520 (14 hours pw)
Location: Cambridge office/Hybrid, UK (1 day office based)
Contract: Part time (2-days a week) for 9-months fixed term to cover a secondment placement until end of July 2025.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Designer to join our organisation. As the Design Assistant, you will work directly with the Design Manager to create materials for the global marketing team.

About the role
This role specialises in printed material (e.g. factsheets, flyers, brochures, event stands etc.) and each item follows the approved visual identity framework. You will often be working to tight deadlines and able to support the marketing team with design projects from start to finish in line with the brand guidelines.
This role offers a huge opportunity for learning and building experience working with a global marketing team.
About you

Degree or diploma in Graphic Design
*
8+ years or equivalent graphic design experience within a design agency
*
Extensive experience with Adobe InDesign
*
Competent with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
*
Create artwork for various printed items that align with our visual identity
*
Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
*
Create print ready pdfs that are suitable for sending to a printer
*
Awareness of accessibility requirements
*
Attention to detail.
