As a Housing Management Assistant, you will be working within both our Young Peoples Pathway (YPP) and Resettlement and Accommodation Support Service (RACS). You’ll be a vital part of our team, ensuring that our properties are safe, clean, and welcoming for our clients. You’ll be involved in a variety of tasks that keep our housing services running smoothly and to the highest standards. Some of your responsibilities will include property management, client support, and health and safety checks.
YPP is a vital multi-agency service dedicated to supporting young people aged 16-25 across the County who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. We focus on those whose family relationships have broken down, where returning home is not an option, as well as young people leaving care.
RACS is a crucial service operating across North Yorkshire, dedicated to supporting high and medium-risk offenders as they transition back into the community. Our mission is to provide housing-related support, helping individuals with a history of offending secure stable accommodation, reduce the risk of reoffending, and develop the skills they need to manage a tenancy and live independently.
Key Responsibilities:

* Work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
* Ensure confidentiality and understand GDPR when dealing with personal information.
