General
• Receiving inbound calls & emails and making frequent outbound calls & emails;
• Scheduling engineers to attend call outs and regularly updating them with their required jobs;
• Generation and closure of scheduled work orders, daily;
• Overseeing job completion in respect of in-house engineering and sub-contractor services;
• Updating in-house systems and informing external clients regularly of updates;
• Managing the helpdesk inbox efficiently daily;
• Constant liaison with engineers, subcontractors and clients via phone/email;
• PPM asset management planning via our databases;
• Respond quickly and effectively to client queries;
• Raising jobs and purchase orders daily;
• Always providing excellent customer service;
• Completing various admin tasks as requested.
Requirements
• Worked in a familiar field;
• Experienced working with CAFM (desirable);
• Great communication skills.
