Location: Cirencester Office Workplace Type: Hybrid Employment Type: Permanent Seniority: Mid-Senior Level What you’ll be doing: Responsible for the development and delivery of the Partner Finance Communication and Engagement Strategy across a wide range of comms and engagement channels. To advise and influence internal leaders to co-develop and embed Partner Finance strategies to ensure business priorities are coordinated and aligned across Partner facing communication activity. Through a good understanding of Partner Finance policy and processes, develop effective strategies of translating complex technical matters into clear messaging that can be understood by Partner and Internal audiences. To drive improvement in communication quality standards and shape, influence and apply the communication governance framework. To own the content creation and delivery for the Partner Finance division. Who we’re looking for: You will be an experienced Communications & Engagement professional, it would be highly desirable if you had previous experience within the Financial Services industry, however we are keen to hear from versatile individuals from other industries who are looking to impact the profile and reputation of communications within a complex Financial Services organisation. Some of the experience we are looking for is outlined below: Experience of developing and implementing effective communication and engagement strategies for financial services products and processes. Knowledge and experience of a wide range of communication and engagement channels including the most effective channels for different types of communication and objectives and to optimise successful execution. Understanding of theory and practical experience of integrating communication as part of an overall engagement approach. Experience of performing at a strategic level as either a business partner or function leader. Experience of producing and developing collateral for technical financial services content and deliver this to a diverse audience. To be successful in this role you will require excellent communication & influencing skills, able to build consensus through integrating diverse view points, working with stakeholders to adopt an aligned and collaborative approach to communication and engagement.
