Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through effective communication and outreach strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of sales processes and proficiency in relevant software.
Duties
1. Conduct telemarketing campaigns to reach potential clients and generate leads.
2. Utilise software tools to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate records.
3. Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads into the sales pipeline.
5. Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, including email marketing, social media outreach, and networking events.
6. Follow up with leads through various channels to nurture relationships and convert them into sales opportunities.
7. Analyse lead generation metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make necessary adjustments.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in telemarketing or lead generation roles is preferred.
2. Familiarity with Zoho or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
3. Excellent communication skills in English.
4. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
5. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen interest in sales processes.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
