In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end data migration strategy, ensuring seamless transfer of critical data while maintaining its quality and integrity. You will collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders and business leaders to align data migration activities with organisational goals, priorities requirements and deliver successful outcome. Acting as a bridge between business and technology, you will play a key role in managing risks, resolving challenges and continuously improving the migration process. Your responsibilities will include… Defining and driving the data migration roadmap, ensuring seamless transition of critical data between systems while minimising disruption Creating, prioritising and refining a migration -specific product backlog, ensuring tasks are delivered on time and to a high quality Developing the vision, strategy, market/user research in line with the CDO’s strategy Collaborating with Product Owners, Solution Managers and cross functional Product Managers to ensure alignment towards the same program increment objectives Validating and present the business case to the C-Level Executives and leading business reviews to ensure the right features are prioritised Building and maintaining a trusting relationship with product owners, business analysts, engineering teams and vendors Representing the Data teams in ideation workshops with cross functional leaders where new ideas are identified along with customer needs, pain points and solution options Translating product vision and strategy into a data platform delivery roadmap Travel will be expected to our Chatham and Wolverhampton offices with presence in London being required on a frequent basis We offer a base salary dependent on experience of between £75,000 - £85,000 and a competitive benefits package including: Discretionary annual bonus opportunity of up to 25% £6,000 Car allowance 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays Contributory pension ( 8% employer 5% employee) Life Assurance (4x salary) plus Group Income Protection Access to Private Medical Insurance and Medical Cash Plan Additional benefits such as Hybrid working, Cycle Purchase scheme, Technology Purchase scheme, Season Ticket Loan, Holiday purchase / sell schemes, Employee Perk Portals, Payroll giving and Save as you Earn scheme We are looking for talented individuals who have the experience and knowledge set out below: We are looking for talented individuals who have the experience and knowledge set out below: Previous work experience in financial services as a Product Owner/Management or similar role is essential Previous experience working with a multi-disciplinary team on customer and business-focused data products and services Experience communicating developments and changes to a variety of stakeholders at differing levels In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles We also believe that your career and how you progress is as unique as your individual personality.
