Your next challenge In the context of the spin-off of Pluxee, a Sodexo Company, and the digital transformation process we are going through, we are looking for a Finance Business Partner, in direct reporting to the Head of FP&A Main purpose of the role: Produce relevant financial reporting and Business Information to assist executive and operational management to understand the financial performance of the business. Calculate the financial impact of business decisions and become Business support and awareness on financial performance highlighting any specific trend that could translate into risk or opportunity. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the processes and procedures within the Finance Department and within the business area for which they are responsible. Be accountable for providing financial insights on any ad-hoc projects such as new partnership, major tender, or financial system upgrade Manage the relationship between Controlling and the Senior Leadership Team Key responsibilities Produce quarterly forecasts and annual budgets and strategic plans for the business area for which they are responsible. Produce monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual reports to enable the management to understand the financial performance of the business and support and advice in the financial control and reconciliation of their clients & merchants’ performance. Develop quarterly forecasts, annual budgets and plans for multiple business areas and products to analyse and forecast financial trends. Assist in the development and maintenance of a financial reporting dashboards, including visibility on sales performance and KPIs by product, as well as ad-hoc or transversal reports. Implement any mandatory reports specified (e.g. Organic Growth Management, P&L by product etc). Produce and update a Risks & Opportunities analysis for multiple business areas. Proactive in contribution to improve the processes, the reporting tools and procedures within the Finance Department Identify data requirements and develop reporting tools and dashboards to support financial analysis and reporting needs Support external and internal auditors, by preparing documentation and information requested. You’re a match 6 years of experience in finance role, preferably in commercial environment Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field. ACCA/CIMA certifications will be a plus. Strong knowledge of accounting principles including understanding of Balance Sheet and Free Cash Flow Experience with working with specific financial systems such as Navision-Business Central (or other ERPs), Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) or Adaptive (Monday) is key. Data Driven profile with data analysis skills, Power BI or related is a plus. Oriented to detail and able to look at the big picture. Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate, interact and collaborate with various stakeholders and to work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. Focused on continuous improvement to achieve the most effective and efficient processes. Open minded, with the ability to think out of the box. Flexible to changes and to a fast-paced context, going through multiple transformations processes. Available to work in hybrid model at our offices located in Milton Keynes.
