Salary: £33,075 – £50,471 per annum
MPR/UPR including Fringe Area Allowance
Recruitment incentives of up to £10,000 may be available for suitable candidates.
Hazelwick is a high achieving and oversubscribed 11-18 mixed secondary school with 1530 students in Years 7 – 11 and 383 students in the 6th form.

Food and Nutrition at Hazelwick:
1. is taught by a superb team of highly skilled, supportive and dedicated staff
2. a popular KS4 subject with 2 GCSE groups in Year 11 in Food, Preparation and Nutrition and a Cambridge National group in Child Development. Currently, there are 4 GCSE groups in Year 9 and 3 GCSE groups in Year 10.
3. A subject taught at KS5 through the WJEC Level 3 certificate/diploma in Food Science and Nutrition
For September 2025, we are looking for:
1. a positive teacher who can enthuse, motivate and engage students and is committed to excellence and high student achievement
2. a teacher who is able to teach KS3 and KS4. The ability to teach KS5 now or in the future is desirable
3. a teacher with a passion for working with young people and a perseverance to make a difference to them and their future
4. a teacher with a focus on their own professional development and a drive to work with us to become the best teacher they can be
