Experience required...
Essential:
* Typically 5-8 years' experience.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills at all levels.
* Successful relevant experience in a complex project environment including demonstrable experience in team management, planning, contracting and delivery of projects within the UK Light Rail sector.
* Successful record of project budget management and ability to understand and interpret commercial and financial landscapes (budgets, forecasts, actual status).
* Experience in managing ambiguity in a project environment with strong evaluation and decision-making skills.
* Demonstrable project safety management practice and knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and best practice.
* High level of IT literacy, proficient user of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, ProjectWise, etc.
* Eligibility to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.
Desirable:
* Educated to degree level (or equivalent).
* Member of APM (MAPM) or equivalent.
* Chartered member of a professional institution (or working towards).
* Achieved APM PMQ or equivalent professional qualification.
