Candidate
The ideal candidate will have 2+PQE and exposure to sectors like property, rural land, agricultural, residential and commercial assets. The firm wants someone who has experience in taking control of their workload, following through from the foundation to the execution of the overall task.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will need to ensure you have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage your caseload. Within this role, there is a vast range of agricultural and rural land, so it would be necessary for the right candidate to have a basic understanding and experience of working in this practice area.
Your main duties would include:
* Dealing with selling and buying rural property such as small holdings or agricultural property, and being knowledgeable of the legislation around that.
* Taking on work within the private client team.
* A good understanding of basic estate work.
* Being able to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills, ensuring smooth transactions for all clients.
