As an RCVS accredited hospital with our own in house out of hours service, we see a wide variety of medical and surgical cases including oncology and emergency surgeries. We have a large team including several trained RVN clinical supervisors and students at various stages of their training who help to support and inspire each other along the way. The Cromwell student veterinary nurse (SVN) role will include shifts in all areas of practice according to competency, as well as study time on rota and 1-on-1 time with your trained clinical supervisor. We have experienced clinical supervisors with a wide breadth of nursing knowledge and skills that will support and inspire you to obtain your qualification as well as a large and supportive wider nursing team. The role is a full-time position of 40 hours, including a paid day release to attend college each week. Our team requires someone who has good time management and communication and shows willingness to learn all areas of veterinary nursing.
