Our client based in Wymondham is seeking a Depot Administrator to join them on a full time permanent basis working Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm. This is an office based role.
As Depot Administrator, you will be responsible for answering the telephone, transferring calls, taking messages, generating invoices, processing timesheets, submitting warranty claims, verifying purchase orders, processing credit / debit card payments, petty cash, banking, maintaining sickness and holiday reports, postal duties, monitoring stock and stationery, filing and supporting administration.
To be considered for the Depot Administrator position, you will have strong all round administrative experience in a similar role and will have experience working in a similar role where you have dealt with invoicing, banking and general administration.
In return our client offers a basic salary up to £25,000, pension, 22 days paid holiday plus statutory holidays rising after length of service, and much, much more.
