We are currently looking for a Credit Control Administrator in Nottingham.
This a full-time, hybrid role where you will be required in the office 3 days per week.
This role will be provide administrative support to the credit control team, and you will be required to deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the Credit Control inbox.
* Assist with billing and credit notes.
* Handle and resolve queries.
* Document management and control.
* Prepare remittances.
* Assist with reporting.
* General admin and ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
* Experience in Credit Control Administration.
* Intermediate Excel user.
* Keen attention to detail.
* Confident communicator.
* Excellent listening skills.
* Good organisation.
