Reporting of any prolonged periods or patterns of absence to staff, especially for vulnerable groups. Key Responsibilities: Ensuring that all parent/carer reported absence, by telephone or email, is logged onto the college register system in an efficient and timely manner. Respond to parent/carer phone calls/emails post automated non-attendance text being sent. Work closely with the Safeguarding team when responding to parent/carer queries of non-attendance. Collaborative working with the Student Experience Teams to support students with attendance issues. Provide administrative support to the Student Experience team to enable effective operation of the team and helping to manager student enquiries. To be successful in this role, below is what we would need from you: Good standard of Maths and English Experience in working in a customer focussed environment.
