We now employ over 100 employees in our 87,000 square foot facility, ensuring we have the resources to deliver exceptional results on every project Due to continued growth we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Administrator Role Profile: The overall purpose of the Sales Administrator is to ensure the efficient and accurate processing of sales orders by managing and organising all relevant documentation and data. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and accurate booking of jobs into the internal systems, ready for production. Key Responsibilities: Sales Order Processing: · Efficiently process the booking on of sales orders to ensure timely delivery to customers. · Gather and collate all necessary order information, including purchase orders, quotes, drawings, and any relevant previous jobs. · Review and correct any inconsistencies in the order information before processing. · Input the sales order details into the company’s internal system, ( SAGE & Oseon), ensuring accuracy in all data fields. · Issue pro-forma invoices to new customers and provide them with a credit account application for future orders. · Generate and send order acknowledgments to customers to confirm receipt and processing of their orders · Input data into Oseon and create barcodes for the jobs. · Verify that product times are accurate and that completion dates meet customer requirements. · Communicate with the Production Manager if job completion dates are likely to run over the expected timeline. · Inform customers promptly if their completion dates cannot be met. Administrative Support: · Answer incoming calls, transfer them appropriately, or take messages and forward them via email if a transfer is not possible. · Perform general administrative tasks such as archiving, scanning, laminating, and photocopying. · Provide holiday and unplanned absence cover for roles in Administration, Reception, and Purchasing.
