An exciting opportunity has become available for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our fantastic NHS client based in Oxford, Oxfordshire. This vacancy is available for the successful therapist to start as soon as possible, offering full time hours per week for an initial period of 4 months. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Acute Medicine Occupational Therapist to join the dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing specialized occupational therapy services to patients in the acute medicine department. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life during their hospital stay assessing and treating patients on the ward. Duties will include: Care-coordinating Attending MDT meetings Contribute to the holistic assessment of physical and mental wellbeing needs. Assessment and intervention of individual patients needs and progress. Treating patients for a range of moderate to complex mental health conditions Working with other healthcare professionals What next?
