We are recruiting for an experienced sales order processor/estimator who has a strong background in a similar role. Our client installs impressive and beautiful bespoke timber doors to the domestic and commercial sectors and has been successfully trading for many years. Role & responsibilities include: Carefully inspect tender documents and identify the products we supply Review and interpret customer requirements for bespoke door projects, such as floor plans and door schedules. Use the company in house CRM system to generate accurate and competitive quotations Qualify new potential clients, assess their needs and ensure alignment with out services Follow up with lapsed clients to reignite relationships and generate new opportunities Ensure all quotations are prepared and delivered within specified time frames Prepare and pack samples for delivery and ensure showroom presentation is well-maintained Keep all client records up to date Support with administration tasks and provide exceptional client hospitality Candidates’ skills & experience: Have current or recent experience working within a similar role within the timber door industry Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM systems Have a high attention to detail Be able to read technical drawings such as CAD What we offer: Free on-site parking including EV charging Employee assistance programme Friendly and outgoing team culture with regular company events If you would like to find out more information about this role, please click ‘apply’ or contact Guy at Chase Taylor Recruitment and quote reference number MM6149
