REED Practice are currently working with a prestigious and historic firm of Chartered Accountants with 3 offices. They are seeking to add a proactive, experienced and deadline driven Payroll Administrator, to join their expanding Payroll Department. The need has arisen to recruit an additional member to the Payroll Team, who will work alongside a team of experienced Payrollers. The role is best suited to a part time candidate, but full-time candidates can be considered as well.
Responsibilities will consist of but not limited to:
* Processing payroll and CIS for a portfolio of client payrolls
* Responsible for ensuring that BACS payments, RTI and AE submissions are accurate and timely
* Working closely with clients to set expectations and resolve payroll issues
* Excellent understanding of pension contributions, holiday pay, SSP, SMP and other schemes.
* Developing trusted relationships with clients through the provision of excellent service and regular contact
Candidates will be/have:
1. Have experience in processing payroll and CIS for multiple clients, in a weekly/fortnightly/monthly capacity
2. Computer literate in MS Office including Excel to an Intermediate/Advanced Level
3. Have knowledge of Pegasus Opera, SAGE and Xero Payrolls
