REED Practice are currently working with a prestigious and historic firm of Chartered Accountants with 3 offices. They are seeking to add a proactive, experienced and deadline driven Payroll Administrator, to join their expanding Payroll Department. The need has arisen to recruit an additional member to the Payroll Team, who will work alongside a team of experienced Payrollers. The role is best suited to a part time candidate, but full-time candidates can be considered as well. Responsibilities will consist of but not limited to: Processing payroll and CIS for a portfolio of client payrolls Responsible for ensuring that BACS payments, RTI and AE submissions are accurate and timely Working closely with clients to set expectations and resolve payroll issues Excellent understanding of pension contributions, holiday pay, SSP, SMP and other schemes. Developing trusted relationships with clients through the provision of excellent service and regular contact Candidates will be/have: Have experience in processing payroll and CIS for multiple clients, in a weekly/fortnightly/monthly capacity Computer literate in MS Office including Excel to an Intermediate/Advanced Level Have knowledge of Pegasus Opera, SAGE and Xero Payrolls Experienced in working in a deadline driven environment, where customer satisfaction is paramount Excellent communication skills, happy to speak with clients to resolve issues that arise Able to work cohesively in a team environment If this role sounds of interest, then please apply below.
