In your new role, you will: Spearhead recruitment efforts, ensuring a seamless journey from candidate sourcing to onboarding. Act as the go-to expert for employee relations and welfare, providing valuable guidance to both our team members and management. Dive into their training and development initiatives, shaping and delivering strategies that empower our workforce. Take charge of the leaver process, ensuring all paperwork and arrangements are handled with precision and care. Offer expert advice on terms & conditions and HR issues, helping to keep the team on track and informed. Play a key role in refining policies and procedures, drawing on your insights and expertise. Keep HR records organized and assist with monthly reporting tasks as needed. What you will need: We're looking for a candidate who's CIPD qualified or working towards, with a strong understanding of NI employment legislation and HR best practices. Experience in construction, manufacturing, or a similar field is a plus.
